On September 7th, 2011 Luck Development Partners went before the Planning Commission in Spotsylvania County. Although a recommendation for rezoning of the Ni Village was not made by the Planning Commissioners; Luck Development Partners looks forward, and remains optimistic, as we near the Public Hearing with the Board of Supervisors on October 11th at 6:30 p.m. We believe Ni Village will contribute so many positive attributes to the County and enhand the lives of the community today as well as future generations!
